Footnotes Planning a trip to visit Mount Rushmore? There are plenty of hotel/motels in the area as well as campgrounds and cabins and B&Bs. I would start with Keystone, SD and explore from there to find the lodging that works best for you. High season begins Memorial Day weekend and runs through Labor Day Weekend.
